REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of a 2 story wood framed bldg., originally utilized as a hardware store and most recently utilized for storage and shop use by Maynard Wiseman. The existing structure is a wood framed building, which according to Lake Co. Assessor’s data is approx. 30’x48 with a +/-16’x32 lean-to add’n. & is situated on a lot that is approx. 112.5’x136’. This building is in need of updating and repair, but truly could be an economical property to purchase for personal shop use, storage or other permissible uses in accordance with local zoning ordinances. Due to the ownership of other ag property and the previous owners use this property it has been classified with an Ag Assessment, hence the current RE taxes are only $12.16/yr., although the classification & taxation could change depending on the future use and assessment of the property.
