PARCEL #1: Existing Hog Facilities – Consisting of Former Boar Stud Facility, Isolation Barn & Storage Bldg. – Legal Desc.: The W. 612’ of the S. 711’ of the S½ SE¼ in Sec. 32, T. 105N.,45W., (Elmer Twp.), Pipestone Co., MN – Containing 10 Acres M/L.
According to Pipestone Co Tax records the property consists of +/-10 Acres.
