This Choice +/-80.77 Acre Parcel of Unimproved Minnehaha County, SD land will be offered as a unit. TERMS: CASH – A 15% nonrefundable earnest money payment sale day with immediate possession of the land by the buyer on sale day – to operate or lease this land for the 2018 crop year, balance due and payable on or before June 27, 2018. Marketable Title will be conveyed and an Owner’s Title Insurance policy will be provided with the cost of the owner’s policy divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller. A Title Company closing fee, if any, will be divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller. All of the 2017 RE taxes due in 2018 in the amount of $2,562.74 will be paid by the sellers.
