This property has recently been surveyed and will be offered as one 78.03 acre parcel inclusive of the farmstead and adjacent hayland-pasture.  This auction presents and excellent opportunity to purchase a very well located rural acreage and the adjacent hayland pasture, which together makes a great hobby farm for individuals with a few head horses, cattle or other livestock.  The improvements on this property include a 1½ story 3 bedroom home which according to the Lake County Assessor has approx. 1,044 sq. ft. the main level, this home was originally located on the west end of the property, but was moved to its current site in 1994.  The main level of the home is comprised of a living room with a south facing sliding patio door (no deck); 2 bedrooms w/closets, hall w/linen closet, full bath w/tub-shower unit; kitchen w/oak cabinets, Whirlpool built-in dishwasher, Frig.
