This auction presents a great opportunity to purchase a well located parcel of land consisting of +/-111 acres that is situated in an excellent agricultural & hunting area of Lake County, SD, with productive cropland that provides crop and income potential sufficient enough to subsidize the hunting and recreational opportunities provided from the non-cropland acres on this property. Note the acreage site at 23148 459th Ave. has been sold years ago and is NOT included in the portion being sold. It is noteworthy that the farmability of this land has been enhanced by the installation of approx. 3,788 feet of drain tile in the N½ SW¼ that was installed in 2006 by Loosbrock Drainage.
