AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: This auction presents the opportunity for future owner/operators, investors or others to purchase a multi-use commercial lodging, conference & dining facility that has many attractive and fascinating attributes. This facility is situated in one of the leading Pheasant Hunting Areas of South Dakota and could mesh well with the hunting & recreational opportunities of the region and the lodging, conference & educational aspects implemented in the design of this property.
