This auction presents an excellent opportunity to purchase 611.76 irrigated acres (w/4 pivots) of good, nearly all-tillable, irrigated land plus an additional 160 acres unimproved land w/potential to be nearly all-tillable. Auction to be held at Tract I – These farms are all free and clear to farm for the 2021 season.
Tract I – 237.9 +/- Acres – This irrigated farm is on the SD/MN border w/approx. 78.42 +/- acres in SD and 159.48 +/- acres in MN.
