Hwy. #14) and 472nd Ave.; or from Colman, SD – 5 miles south on Co. Hwy. #3A (470th Ave.) and 2 miles east on 240th St.

Auctioneer’s Note: This auction presents a great opportunity of to purchase a parcel of land which potentially has some very desirable locations for the future establishment of a rural home site of sites. This land as an excellent location just ½ mile off of the Trent Exit on I-29 and is situated in an excellent agricultural area of Moody County, SD, and conveniently located between Colman, SD & Dell Rapids, SD and just approx. 20 miles north of the I-90 & I-29 Junction at Sioux Falls, SD. This farm features a mixture of productive cropland and pasture/CRP.
