TERMS: Cash – A 10% nonrefundable earnest money payment sale day on each farm and the balance on or before Dec. 1, 2017 with full possession. Fall Tillage Privileges will be granted to the buyer(s) with permission of the current tenants and subsequent to completion of the harvest of the 2017 crops. Marketable Title will be conveyed and abstracts of title continued to date will be provided to the buyer for examination prior to closing, or in lieu of an abstract the owner will have the option to provide an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy, in which case the cost will be divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller.
