The land being offered for sale on this auction consists of a parcel of land with approx. 92% tillable and is inclusive of choice acres of cropland with some extremely high caliber soils. According to FSA 156EZ on this property, this farm has approximately 156.26 acres of farmland with approx. 147.27 acres of cropland, with a 106.14 acre corn base with a 161 bu. PLC yield and a 35.46 acre soybean base with a 51 bu. PLC yield and is enrolled in the ARC County farm program election. According to FSA info. the non-tillable acres appear to consist of approx. 8.99 acres of grassed waterway/drainage with the remainder in ditches and roads.
