TERMS: Cash – A 10% nonrefundable earnest money payment on the day of the sale and the balance on or before Sept. 14, 2023 with possession, with the seller to retain any or all rent on the cropland/hayland acres. Marketable Title will be conveyed and owner’s title insurance will be provided with the cost of the owner’s policy and closing agent’s fee divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller. The RE taxes payable in 2023 on this acreage were $3,112.10, and based on that amount the 2023 RE taxes payable in 2024 will be prorated to the date of closing.
