TERMS: Cash – A 10% nonrefundable downpayment sale day & the balance on or before Dec. 20, 2019 with full possession of the building sites at closing and possession of the cropland acres on March 1, 2020 and the rights of the current tenant(s) to harvest the 2019 standing crops. Marketable Title will be conveyed and Owners Title Insurance provided with the cost divided 50-50 between the buyer & seller. All of the 2019 RE taxes payable in 2020 will be paid by the sellers.
