This 220.66 +/- acre farm is located on the northwest corner of Colton, SD with excellent access with an oil road on 248th Street to the south. According to the FSA information, this land has approximately 188.82 crop land acres with a 125.95 acre corn base with 136 bu. PLC yield; 62.65 soybean base w/PLC yield of 41 bu. This farm has a productivity index of 66.4 on the tillable acres. This farm is free and clear to farm for the 2020 crop year. There are 4 building eligibilities, as well as approximately 27 acres in the southeast corner that are within Colton city limits.
