The property has 121.84 +/- acres that were recently surveyed, with approximately 46.37 highly productive cropland acres, per the FSA office. The cropland acres have a gentle laying topography and are comprised primarily of strong Class I & II soils with a productivity rating of 83.8. According to the AgriData Maps, there is potential for some additional cropland acres on the farm. The balance of the farm is primarily utilized for pasture grass grazing.
