TERMS: Cash: A 10% non-refundable earnest money payment sale day and the balance due at closing on or before July 12, 2023 with landlord’s possession on the cropland acres which are under a cash rental lease for 2023; the buyer will receive full possession of the pastureland at closing, although no excavation or development of any kind can be commenced prior to closing.
