This land is located in a prominent agricultural area in Highland Township in northeastern Minnehaha County, SD, that is centrally located between Garretson, Dell Rapids & Sherman, SD & Jasper, MN. The new buyer will be responsible for re-imbursement of the previous tenant for Fall Tillage completed on this land at a rate of $17.50 per acre on 83 acres or a total of $1,452.50, which will be due and payable to Veldkamp Brothers on sale day.
