For our normal personal property auctions our services would include providing at least two or more auctioneers to sell the auction, a clerking staff to record the sales data of each item sold and cashiering services. Additionally we have a state of the art auction motorhome in which our cashiering takes place which includes both male and female restroom facilities for the convenience of our clients, a computerized clerking system which keeps a detailed record of all sales and prints a report of sales as well as a complete report of all registered buyers and their addresses and telephone numbers of those attending, sale averages, total items sold and other valuable information for the seller as well as detailed receipt for buyers, a wireless loudspeaking system to use during the auction and the added security by having at least three wireless sound systems available on the auction site should a malfunction of a system occur, plus other incidentals. Annually, we make a substantial investment in equipment and upgrades to insure only the highest quality of service possible
