The Trent Community Association has made the difficult decision to offer the property known as “The Trent Pool” at Public Auction. The Trent Pool has always been a large part of the history of Trent SD, as ownership of this property dates back to 1952. The Real Estate being offered at Public Auction consists of a +/-8 Acre Lot situated in the City Limits of Trent SD. A large portion of the property consists of the former pool which has been drained for Insurance Purposes, although if a future owner should desire to refill the pool it would be a nice private small lake.
