TERMS:  Cash – A 10% non-refundable earnest money deposit on the day of the sale and the balance on or before May 29, 2020 w/full possession at closing.   Marketable Title will be conveyed and owner’s title insurance will be provided w/the cost of the owner’s policies divided and a title company closing fee divided 50-50 between the buyer & seller.
