bin; 20,000 bushel 36x24 nine-band w/ tubes aeration; 12,000 bushel 30x21.33
eight-band w/ tubes/ fan; 7000 bushel 24x18.6 seven-band tubes/fan; 7000 bushel
24x18.6 seven-band false floor/fan.

TERMS: CASH – A 10% non-refundable
down payment on the day of sale with the balance on or before September 30,
2008, with possession at closing. Warranty Deed will be conveyed and owners
title insurance provided with the cost divided 50% buyer and 50% seller.
Closing costs will be split 50% buyer and 50% seller. All of the 2007 real
estate taxes in the amount of $522.07due in 2008 will be paid by the sellers
