TERMS:  Cash - A 15% non-refundable earnest money payment on the day of the sale with the balance due and payable on or before Oct. 15, 2008 with full possession, subject to the rights of the existing tenant to harvest the 2008 standing crops which are on a portion of the property being sold.  A Personal Representative’s Deed will be conveyed and owners title insurance provided with the cost to be divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller. All of the RE taxes for 2007 payable in 2008, as well as all of the 2008 RE taxes payable in 2009 to be paid by the estate.
